Responsibilities
�?�Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines
�?�Write newsletters
�?�Control naming conventions and linking conventions of web pages, images and multi-media files.
�?�In-bound link development from relevant sites and directories.
�?�Perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research and link analysis.
�?�Manage and implement online ad campaigns.
�?�Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies.
�?�Perform content maintenance and updates.
�?�Develop site features
�?�Write and disseminate press releases.
�?�Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
�?�Create banners.
�?�Monitor, review and update web traffic reports.
�?�Monitor and report on campaigns and statistical analysis of Healthplex sales and sales originating from other sites.
�?�Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts
�?�Contribute to the development of a web communications group at Healthplex.
�?�Handle work overload as needed during high volume times in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Job Requirements
�?�Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
�?�Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communications.
�?�5-10 years experience in an internet related business
�?�Proven experience using graphics and web development tools including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop and others.
�?�Solid understanding, demonstrated ability, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript as well as a proven development methodology.
�?�Self motivated with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast paced team environment.
�?�Ability to produce highly impressive creative web design in a timely manner.
�?�Excellent attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to change.
�?�Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines.
�?�Excellent Project Management Skills
�?�At least two years experience in search engine optimization with proven ability to achieve top search engine rankings
�?�Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
�?�Knowledge of best practices for organic search engine optimization including knowledge of search engine spiders and search engine ranking factors.
