WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Kabam's Marketing Manager/Sr. Marketing Manager, Retention and Loyalty will be a key member of the Marketing team and report directly to the Director of Marketing. The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing on all outbound communications and promotions to increase retention and engagement within Kabam's suite of games as well as executing the analysis to determine the ROI on these programs.

This position will partner cross-functionally to drive messaging strategy and customer segmentation, as well as schedule and execute all outbound messages, ensuring that each customer receives the appropriate message or offer. Outbound channels will include email, social media, community forums, and any other relevant channel. You will:

* Drive customer retention and engagement by segmenting customers and delivering tailored and targeted communications through the appropriate channels.
* Engage with Kabam customers via management and execution of all outbound emails, social media, and any other relevant channels. Identify appropriate channels and programs for each customer segment.
* Track and analyze all campaigns and channels to identify opportunities for improvements and/or optimization.
* Clearly communicate results, analysis and recommendations to senior management.
* Conduct periodic customer surveys to track customer satisfaction and gather feedback on Kabam games and products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* 4+ years of consumer marketing experience in an online environment with experience crafting strategy as well as tactical implementation
* Relevant experience executing email campaigns and loyalty programs
* Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and marketing opportunities
* Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement focused plan
* Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in Excel
* Candidate must be comfortable with technology applications (e.g., 3rd party ESPs, database reporting tools, etc.)
* Education: BA / BS required
