Lead digital marketing campaigns for Xbox global marketing, including campaigns for games, Xbox LIVE, and the Xbox brand. Partner with global marketing communications creative leads, xbox.com, media, Member Engagement, PR, consumer insights and global product marketing to produce integrated campaigns. Work collaboratively with international subsidiaries to develop and deliver global interactive programs that meet regional and local business and marketing objectives. Manage interactive agencies in delivering digital campaigns that include destination micro-sites, online ads, social networking extensions, mobile, and new media deliverables.
Plan, develop and execute global digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and xbox.com deliverables.
Partner with global marketing communications functions (creative, media, Member Engagement), as well as xbox.com, PR, events, retail and global product marketing teams.
Partner with global and subsidiary marketing managers to ensure strategic alignment and on-time delivery of digital assets.
Lead ongoing management of digital touchpoints, including xbox.com (home page and top level sections), social networking landing pages, and mobile.
Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
3-5 years work at a recognized interactive agency or with a leading CPG, entertainment or consumer brand.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production. Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret Omniture data.
Proven ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed organization across multiple groups and business owners. Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services, or broad-appeal games a plus.
International experience a plus.
BA/BS in communications, marketing or related discipline required.
