TELL ME MORE! KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Digital Marketing Management
Foster integration amongst cross-functional team members and agency partners to elevate internet marketing program (through sound strategy, effective multichannel marketing planning, multichannel integration, process and asset industrialization and innovative solutions).
Experience with and knowledge of internet channels focused on: email marketing, website / microsite management, search engine marketing, online advertising, online sponsorships, online event marketing, blogs, audio / video podcasts, RSS feeds, PDA channel, web analytics and program optimization.
Reinforce online marketing best practices and technology leadership, ensuring the client embraces them in its online marketing efforts and take the lead in setting industry standards.
Act in a program management role to coordinate all website marketing programs with central teams-ensuring that best practices, templates, guidelines and policies are followed.
Manage relationships with agencies, including daily oversight of short-term and long-term activities and overall tracking of monthly budget, including budget set aside for special projects.
Work with central internet marketing team members and agencies in the physical production and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with team members to manage the natural search engine optimization (SEO), content management, and section architecture.
Assist in the management of campaigns to identify opportunities, drive click-through and conversion.
Manage a robust online banner advertising program across multiple publishers; metrics tracking, analytics, publisher and creative optimization, and quality assurance.
Identify, document, diagnose, and resolve planning, implementation, and execution errors.
Interface with technology teams for different technical issues, updates and web templates.
Must demonstrate solid understanding of web technologies but you will not be responsible for any actual coding.
Metrics Reporting and Management
Detailed experience and familiarity with internet marketing metrics: conversion rate, click-through rate, internal and external benchmarking, ROI analysis.
Track and record weekly/monthly metrics. Generate metrics reports and assemble them into executive-ready format for global teams' review.
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing; 3-5 years of which MUST BE in digital marketing-solid knowledge of all internet marketing tactics and integrated marketing programs.
Must demonstrate strong project management / execution experience.
Creative and inventive thinker and problem-solver with a 'can do' and 'will do' attitude.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of internet marketing reporting technologies and processes.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint etc.
A solid command of the English language - written and spoken.
Full-time contract required immediately.
Compensation to be negotiated and dependent upon work experience.
