Job Description:
The Marcom/Marketing Manager will lead all marketing communication activities including tradeshows, online events, online, marketing material and PR- with the objective to generate enterprise leads, improve the company's positioning in the market and support sales.
Understand the competitive landscape, target customers and partner's needs in order to formulate a marketing plan and independently execute the planned activities within the required timeframe and budget.
We are looking for a performance-oriented all-around player who can manage relationships, define messages, plan events, produce content and engage online. Independent, accountable, team player, a leader with strong project management skills who knows how to make things happen.
Responsibilities:
Events, webinars
Plan and execute tradeshows and webinars.
Long term planning of event calendar.
Secure speaking opportunities, announcements and content in advance.
Event execution and on-site management.
Content preparation (messages, web, collateral, presentations, videos).
Post event lead processing and follow-up.
Online Events (Webinars) �?? end-to-end planning and production.
Plan and execute joint marketing activities with global partners.
Apply for industry awards and certifications
Secure byline articles and guest post opportunities in professional publications and blogs
Media, customer communication & social
PR - Plan, write, publish, monitor, relations, outreach.
Manage relations with analysts, reporters and thought leaders.
Represent company in official online communities (e.g. Vivit, SQA, SQE) and communicate with chapter leader, thought leaders and bloggers.
Manage LinkedIn group, social profiles, blog and news updates.
Newsletters and E-blasts
Content & sales tools
Closely work with product managers and content writer.
Plan and create marketing content and sales material.
Update messages, pains and USP master documents.
Create white papers, case studies
Qualifications:
Must:
Experience in enterprise focused b2b marketing.
Experience in event planning and management.
Experience in high tech B2B PR and media.
Track record of fostering strong partner relationships.
History working for venture backed startups.
Nice to have:
Experience working with system integrators and test-houses = an advantage
Experience in quality assurance = an advantage
Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM = an advantage
Experience in product marketing = an advantage
