Social Media Reputation Management Specialist / ADP / Seattle, WA

Cobalt -a division of ADP Dealer Services - seeks a Reputation Management Specialist who manages assigned accounts with a focus on building and managing online brand image, supporting client's relationships with their customers, and increasing search engine visibility through directory listings. The Reputation Management Specialist utilizes knowledge of social media, search engine optimization, and digital marketing combined with a strong ability to manage customer relationships and communicate on behalf of clients.




- Partner with assigned clients to plan, build, and maintain online brand image.
- Proactively introduce strategies to clients catered to specific dealership needs combined with latest industry trends.
- Apply industry standard Social Media techniques to customer local and directory business listings and website testimonial page, including frequent content updates.
- Regularly monitor and read client's customer reviews, mentions and brand alerts across online business listing pages and review sites.
- Partner with clients for appropriate and timely responses.
- Develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships and provide ongoing strategic recommendations and marketing consultation.
- Analyze and deliver monthly client reports and metrics and develop corresponding strategies.
- Create compelling copy as well as edit and modify client created copy.
- Document all customer communication and delivery activity
- Communicate effectively with customers via email, web conference, and phone.
- Partner across ADP departments to provide the highest level of service for the customer.
- Identify issues and opportunities for improvement as they arise and work across groups and departments to get resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of ADP products, service offerings, and third-party relationships.
- Provide digital marketing expertise and consultation to internal and external customers.
- Prepare ad hoc monthly performance reports for clients.
- Prepare internal performance reports as specified by management.
- Communicate additional sales opportunities as appropriate.
- Research and monitor industry news and trends.
- All other tasks and duties as assigned by management




Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):

- 3+ years client relationship management required.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social, Email) required.
- Experience with Windows, Excel, and MS Word required.
- Experience writing marketing related copy required.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization concepts, current techniques and tools is preferred.
- Experience with Social Media, Reputation Management or Online Community Building is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Experience with basic HTML coding is preferred.
