What we seek:
An Online Community Manager who will implement the company's online community and social media marketing strategy. This role will own member adoption and participation in e-Builder's online universe, including the e-Builder Community, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, e-Builder Blogs and other social media outlets. Additionally, this role will research, write, edit and publish relevant content supporting all e-Builder marketing activities. As a member of the e-Builder Marketing team, the e-Builder Online Community Manager will participate in the development, execution and performance monitoring of all e-Builder marketing strategies and activities. Demonstrable dedication to blogging and use of social media.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, English, music, theater, anthropology, history or related industry
- 2-5 years of experience managing multiple digital channels, online marketing, blogs, online ads, webcasting, and social media. Superior verbal and written communication skills, able to produce editorial and technical writing output
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, communicate results to management in a fast paced environment, and demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
- Knowledge of SEO,SEM, SMO and PPC strategies and analytics
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure with fantastic interpersonal skills
- Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user generated content
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient withMicrosoft Office products.
- Possess functional knowledge or some experience with HTML/CSS
