Key Accountabilities Include:
eRecruitment
Partner with HR Technology, Recruitment, Marketing and Communications and external vendors to understand and/or convey system integration impacts for Taleo, and social media channels.
Review service packs/enhancements for Taleo, current 3rd party vendors and job boards and make recommendations to the Director, eRecruitment and Social Media
Execute technical system configuration changes for Taleo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, eQuest, etc.
Create end to end testing methodology
Execute functional and technical testing
Provide day to day operational support for eRecruitment tools, internal Wiki site, eQuest and Taleo and Client Social media channels (eg Facebook page(s), Twitter feeds, Linked In, etc.)
Troubleshoot and proactively resolve functional and technical system issues pertaining to Taleo, Recruitment Wiki site, eQuest, and social media channels.
Respond back to inquiries within 48 hours
Update and/or create HTML and/or XML code to update Client's brand on job boards, social media channels and Taleo career section pages
Configure job boards to integrate with Taleo and/or eQuest
Create viso diagrams to map out processes
Run reports on social media and eRecruitment channels
Communicate up coming changes, system outages and known issues
Deliver training to recruiters and regional super users to enhance use of eRecruitment and social media tools (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Taleo, Google, mobile technology)
Develop and update eTraining modules and job aides for Recruiters, Managers and the Helpdesk
Social Media & Content Management
Actively develop diverse and creative social media content (blogs, tweets, discussions, events, podcasts, videos, etc.) within the Client social media guidelines
Respond back to tweets, blogs, social media questions, etc. within 48 hours
Audit content submitted by other Client employees to ensure it is in compliance with Client's social media policies and standards
Shoot video's
Work with Marketing and Communications to co-execute cohesive eRecruitment and Social Media branding
Work with Campus recruitment to execute campus channel strategy (Facebook and Twitter)
Stay current with new social media and eRecruitment product offerings and recommend suggestions to Director, eRecruitment and Social Media.
Research ways to integrate mobile solutions with social media and eRecruitment tools
Experience and Skills
Experience working through technical issues and resolving with IT, 3rd party vendors and social media channels
Experience administering applicant tracking and/or HRMS systems preferably Taleo
Experience developing eTraining modules
Experience providing operational support for technical issues
