Using your social media and online marketing skills to help accelerate the growthof InsuranceHotline.com, one of your primary responsibilities will be to guide social conversations and communicate with our consumers via online social media channels. Another key area of focus in this role will be search engine optimization and search marketing. There will also be an opportunity to get involved in content development, online press releases and our afliate program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the SEO/SEM Specialist in the implementation of link building initiatives, the development of satellite sites, and the optimization of search marketing
Engage in social media to encourage dialogue with and between our consumers and customers (blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Ongoing industry awareness to aid in the development and execution of communication plans, online public relations, search programs, and advertising initiatives
Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives as needed; such as online advertising, digital public relations, and email marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
1 -3 years experience working in goals-oriented marketing, advertising or public relations
Solid understanding and proven experience planning and executing social media programs
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies and tactics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term goals simultaneously
Expertise in the technical aspects of search & social marketing and a passion to stay on top of the latest advances in these areas
A willingness & desire to share your expert knowledge with fellow team members
The desire to make an impact and be part of an exceptional team
Self-motivation and the ability to continuously learn & develop new skills as needed
