The integrated media specialist will manage our advertising agency's digital media activities, constantly improve our digital presence, and take the lead in relevant ways for our agency and our clients to work in and benefit from communications in the digital "space." S/he will work with our clients and our internal creative, media, and account teams wherever digital media plays a role.
Responsibilities
�?� Develop and implement digital strategies for integrated media campaigns
�?� Monitor site stats and social media activity to improve SEO
�?� Identify best practices and create proposals for integrated marketing projects
�?� Develop lead-generation tactics
�?� Oversee daily social media activity for company including tweets/posts
�?� Responsible for content development for website & blog
Requirements
�?� A strong passion for digital media
�?� Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation and interpersonal skills
�?� Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
�?� Track record of success developing and implementing social and digital media programs across various online channels including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, etc.
�?� Strong understanding of social and digital media landscape, latest online behavior trends, and emerging technology
�?� Understanding of and experience with paid and organic SEO to manage online reputations
�?� Experience using Google Analytics, Hootesuite, Radian 6, and other social monitoring tools.
�?� Understanding of the mobile environment and technologies
�?� Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
�?� Ability to have fun and laugh at work!
