Millennium Marketing Solutions, an award winning, Baltimore-Washington area Marketing Agency, since 1990, focused on providing customers with solution driven marketing is looking for an innovative Search Marketing Professional passionate about search marketing and social media.

Description:
Search Engine Professional committed to managing search engine marketing for clients through campaign planning, execution, management, and analysis. Candidates must have direct experience with Google Analytics, Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing. Familiarity with Email Marketing and WordPress CMS also a plus.

Additional tasks include team leadership and project management for clients in a variety of vertical markets. This position is a full-time, salaried position, with the potential to hire multiple candidates.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
�?� Creation, execution, and management of online marketing strategy, including but not limited to interactive Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing and Web Project Management
�?� Evaluate client websites, with a focus on understanding their online goals and objectives
�?� Creation of advertising copy for Keyword and Paid Search campaigns
�?� Manage daily budget(s)
�?� Interpret client requests and translate those requests into actionable business activities
�?� Creation and Presentation of Training Seminars to educate current and potential customers

Key Qualifications:
�?� Experience with Paid Search or Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Development Project Management, and Social Media Marketing
�?� In-depth knowledge of Website Analytics
�?� Strategic, proactive, and creative thinking �?? always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
�?� Problem solving skills
�?� Google Adwords Professional Certification (if not currently certified must be willing to be certified within 30 days)
�?� Understanding of website technologies including HTML/CSS, PHP, Website Hosting, Blogs and SQL Database technologies
