Cobalt - a division of ADP - is looking for a Social Media Web Builder for Social Product implementation.
This position is responsible for the set up, configuration, build and fulfillment of ADP/Cobalt Social, Reputation Management and PowerSEO orders. This position may also be responsible for building/editing websites using an understanding of general website building techniques and knowledge of Cobalt's proprietary platforms, software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Familiarity with/build out of common Social Media environments (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Word Press).Familiarity with/build out of Business Listings (e.g. Google Places, Bing, Yahoo).Possess strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail.Basic skills in building, editing and maintaining web sites.Intermediate working knowledge of Photoshop, hand coding XHTML, CSS and understanding of web graphic formats and optimization.Basic knowledge of Flash and JavaScript preferred.Familiarity with Internet protocols preferred.Working knowledge of Microsoft software: Outlook, MSWord, and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, which would include communicating via phone, email and in person.Ability to work in a team as well as independently.Problem solving skills with the ability to listen, analyze and act accordingly to resolve issues in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.Provide guidance, mentoring and training to new team members or team members learning additional responsibilities.Provide technical assistance to internal partners.Provide assistance in developing and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.Knowledge of website design and page layout principles preferred.Knowledge of Cobalt's products and OEM standards and guidelines is useful but not required.Knowledge of the automotive industry including current makes and models is useful but not required.Looking for someone that displays creativity, innovation, and commitment to quality.

PREVIOUS SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- 1-2 years in a social media support or implementation role is preferred.
- 1-2 years of web-building or specialized training in HTML and graphics creation and editing.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-tech environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced high-tech environment with tight deadlines.
