We are looking for a Web Developer that also understands the technical side of SEO as well as email marketing processes. This role requires proficiency in web publishing applications and web design and their impact on search engine visibility, and has expertise in the field of email marketing �?? from list hygiene to reporting.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
- Design and development of websites, email campaigns and landing pages, blogs, and social media backgrounds for clients
-- Developing web, social and blog templates
-- Supporting website SEO audits for clients
-- Supporting web analytics and search marketing reporting
-- Setting up email campaigns, leveraging multiple platforms
--- Facilitate the testing process to ensure accurate delivery
o Test plan set-up
o Test launches
--- Quality Checking
o Ensure the correct fulfillment pieces are included
o Copy and links are accurate
--- Make strategic recommendations based on current data points, including:
o Tactical details
o Timeline of activities
--- Results reporting of recommendations
--- Building & Managing Lists
-- Presenting in monthly meetings with the client on the effectiveness of each clients' campaigns:
--- Preparing materials to present recommendations, status and activity to the Account Team
Qualifications:
Three to five years of web development and design along with front & back-end SEO experience.
Experience working in an agency setting.
Proficiency in the following:
- WordPress
- Dreamweaver or similar
- Email deployment platforms including: Constant Contact, RatePoint, Pinpointe and others
- Google Webmaster Tools & Analytics
- Forms/Landing Page Development Skills
- Front-End Development: HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Content Management Systems
This candidate should also have strong aptitude for client support and:
- Understand how to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven experience impacting multiple client campaigns and achieving results on behalf of every client
- Experience measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of each clients' campaigns
- Work well with an internal team of marketing professionals to develop campaigns to drive client success
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
