Air Age Media a leading publisher of books, magazines, video, online content and producers of consumer shows is looking for a talented and analytical hands-on direct marketer with significant experience in ecommerce and detailed knowledge of online marketing tools to develop the next generation of innovation and new business opportunities. Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of our online direct-to-consumer marketing and sales through Air Age's suite of websites. He/she will mine Air Age's customer and product databases to develop direct marketing programs that get the right product and the right offer in front of the right customer at the right time. He/she builds the customer database through new customer acquisition strategies and suggests new products to serve direct customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

�?� Hitting online direct sales targets while working within the established promotion budget.
�?� Responsible for online marketing, including eMerchandising, promotions, customer retention and acquisition, social, and mobile.
�?� Executes all online direct promotions and ensures that the offer and the creative execution are sound and uphold the values of the company.
�?� Develop and track metrics and success criteria for online marketing programs and activities.
�?� Clarifies and amplifies consumer messaging across all online direct channels. Responsible for making every offer compelling and every product appealing
�?� Indentifies and implements outside partnerships to grow our customer list and sell products.
�?� Coordinates a strong social media strategy with other groups to expand Air Age's direct relationships

Job Requirements

�?� A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in comparable industries.
�?� Experience in successful online marketing (email, SEM/SEO, social, eMerchandising, promotion, content).
�?� Ability to use testing, analytics and metrics to determine marketing strategies and evaluate their success.
�?� Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels, turning strategy into execution.
�?� Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, over a broad discipline.
�?� Ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff, creating a results-driven team environment.
