What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the Company's social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company and it clients
- Assist sales team on prospect presentations
- Play key role in setting up client engagements
- Develop social media content as needed
- Expand company website as Company grows
- Ensure that social media tools are kept current
- Establish effective benchmarks for the impact of social media activity for the Company, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Regularly provide feedback to improve company strategies in a timely fashion
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications that the Company can incorporate into its product offerings
What You Need to Have
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively -- Verbally, visually and in writing
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide objectives when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Ability to apply web design technique to keep company web site up to date
- Bachelors degree in any of the following fields preferred: Marketing, Advertising, Communications
