Description:
As our Website / Digital Marketing Account Manager you will focus on ensuring customers marketing initiatives are carried throughout the creative process to execution. You will be one of our experts on Website Development and Digital Marketing including Internet Marketing, Website Development, Digital Signage, Content Development, Social Media and Marketing Strategy. You will be a go-to person for the team and may work direct with clients to ensure their projects are executed to produce the best results possible.
This position requires you to be self motivated, natural leader and great at project management.

This position is a full-time, salaried position, with the potential to hire multiple candidates.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
�?� Concept, plan and coordinate all aspects of Website Development and Digital Marketing campaigns including coordinating projects between the design team and programmers throughout the conceptualization, documentation, design and deployment phases of projects
�?� Manage daily customer interaction, set project expectations and ensure timelines and reporting are executed in a timely manner
�?� Coordinate projects with outside vendors and manage vendor relationships
�?� Communicate schedules, customer feedback and deliverables with Sales team and Executives
�?� Contribute to the process improvement, quality assurance and testing to ensure expectations are met
�?� Prepare estimates, statement of work, creative briefs, timelines, budgets
�?� Traffic projects through the creative and development process
�?� Identify solutions and organize projects into tasks, actions and milestones
Key Qualifications:
�?� A thorough understanding of marketing and positioning is required
�?� Experience with Paid Search or Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Development Project Management, and Social Media Marketing
�?� Strong Communication Skills
�?� Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
�?� Problem solving skills
�?� Ability to lead a diverse team of creative and technical staff
�?� Understanding of website technologies
�?� Strong project management skills
