RESPONSIBILITIES
�?� Help develop campaign outreach strategies with team members
�?� Manage day-to-day fan engagement and interaction across social media environments including branded Facebook and Twitter profiles - write editorial, develop community-outreach efforts, conduct and implement promotions, create and update reports, etc.
�?� Proactively manage brand perceptions, provide timely response to comments, mediate and be the eyes and ears of the brand.
�?� Identify threats and opportunities and escalate to appropriate parties.
�?� Provide insights gained from social media monitoring to the Account Management and Research teams.
�?� Tag and title content with an understanding of how keywords impact natural search traffic and rankings.
�?� Monitor industry trends and discover and learn new social media tools and applications.

REQUIREMENTS
�?� A passion for the Social Media/Communications field
�?� Bi-Lingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
�?� Excellent verbal and written communication skills
�?� Ability to multitask efficiently
�?� Strong sense of product ownership and takes pride in work
�?� MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
�?� College graduate preferred or currently enrolled with any of the following as a major course of study: Marketing, Advertising, Communication studies, etc.
