Interested in driving new initiatives at a fast-growing online travel startup? FlipKey is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager who can support our subscription customer acquisition efforts. This individual will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing our affiliate/partner programs.

This position is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, creative, highly motivated marketing superstar interested in helping to create a breakthrough online service to help consumers find and book the ideal vacation rental.
Responsibilities:
Launch affiliate/partner program and scale it to become a core contributor of customer acquisition.
Research, develop and execute affiliate/partner prospecting strategy.
Manage and grow affiliate/partner relationships.
Measure performance and identify key levers of improvement across entire affiliate/partner channel.
Contribute thought leadership and strategic problem solving to help optimize our customer acquisition efforts.
Required Skills:
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing or business development, preferably at a consumer internet business
Exceptional analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
High enthusiasm and interest working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Results oriented with roll-up-the-sleeves attitude �?? proven ability to execute
Ability to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one-time
Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and work ethic is a must
Bachelor's degree
