What you'll be doing:
Through your partnership with the Media Buying and Creative teams, you'll manage relationships with online publishers and major portals to achieve customer/client satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with AI's vision. As Online Marketing Manager, you'll be the day-to-day contact for many of our performance-based marketing partners. You'll optimize existing partnerships, identify new partnerships, and creative new opportunities. You'll drive acquisition and revenue growth for our online brands, like Sweepstakes.com, HealthProfessor.com and AmericanCreditReport.com. You'll ensure the bottom-line success of our online advertising campaigns, and for maintaining campaign optimization and creative development. You'll implement agreed-upon marketing plans to meet the business goals of an expanding client base.

What you'll be responsible for:
�?� driving revenue growth through ongoing A/B creative testing across all AI products

�?� conducting daily in-depth analysis of display ad campaign performance, and using research to optimize campaigns

�?� interfacing with Creative and Product teams to drive creative development based on direct marketing metrics

�?� contributing directly to vertical marketing strategy, and leading marketing initiatives for assigned verticals

�?� collaborating closely with Media Buying counterparts to maximize campaign profitability and evaluate new opportunities

�?� planning and implementing various targeting and testing strategies to yield optimal ROI

�?� reviewing key metrics and presenting findings to management on a regular basis

�?� understanding and contributing to the company's goals and metrics (revenue, cost, profit, margin) through management and optimization of display campaigns

Your Must-Haves:
�?� Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field

�?� 5 to 7 years online marketing experience

�?� 3+ years successfully managing high-volume integrated email marketing programs for consumer audiences

�?� In-depth understanding of lead generation business model

�?� exceptional knowledge of metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis

�?� expert know-how and experience in analyzing marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing test methodologies, and analyzing test results in quantitative analysis, online marketing, and/or direct marketing

�?� solid experience with direct marketing operations, systems and technologies within direct mail

�?� website traffic management experience of online media traffic, ad campaigns, ad partnerships, traffic reporting, campaign analysis, and maintaining comparisons against industry-wide trend analysis

�?� expert knowledge of Top Email Service Providers, custom email delivery systems, or other top-tier email marketing/CRM

�?� strategic CRM focus and the ability to generate creative solutions in-line with business objectives

�?� understanding of HTML, basic image-editing functions with an eye towards award-winning email designs

�?� expert copywriting and marketing skills to drive desired consumer response

�?� Experience with social media and/or strong interest in the direct-to-consumer marketing industry
