SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join one of the largest and most successful solar integrators in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in channel marketing, with a focus on managing a diverse, outbound sales workforce, primarily in direct house-to-house canvassing.

The Field Marketing Manager will develop and implement door-to-door Residential Channel strategies to drive solar lead generation activities. This individual will interface extensively with Real Good Solar's internal sales and field marketing teams to help meet established revenue and profitability goals. S/he will manage regional marketing staff to improve the effectiveness and profitability of our door-to-door strategies, creating best-in-class marketing strategies to drive sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
�?� Effectively lead and manage a coordinated execution of various D2D relationships and campaigns to drive sales and achieve revenue/margin goals
�?� Develop and manage various promotions and incentives to increase leads and generate enthusiasm for residential solar installations
�?� Manage D2D canvassing strategy & sales staff training
�?� Develop and manage reporting metrics. Monitor channel performance against established metrics.
�?� Closely manage budget and control costs
�?� Research potential customers using available information, referrals, industry experience and contacts
�?� Monitor industry trends and quickly adapt strategy to changing market conditions
�?� Position and differentiate Real Good's capabilities relative to market requirements and competitor offerings

QUALIFICATIONS
�?� BA/BS degree
�?� 5-7 YEARS SOLID TRACK RECORD OF DRIVING LEAD GENERATIONS THROUGH D2D CAMPAIGNS
�?� Exceptional organizational skills with focus on tracking and reporting results
�?� Can work a flexible schedule and travel on short notice
�?� Focus on continuous improvement and finding better ways of doing things
�?� Excellent presentation and communication skills
�?� Strong networking ability
�?� High energy
�?� Experience working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
�?� Highly analytical
�?� Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task on competing priorities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The package consists of a salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO and alternative therapies (acupuncture, chiropractic and massage).
