We're five years old, headquartered in Beijing China, and are backed by Disney and Nokia. Our client list includes Microsoft, HP, Coca-Cola, L'Oreal, Epson, Tencent, CCTV, and many other top companies.
We're growing so strongly that we're having a hard time finding qualified account managers with SEM expertise. We can find lots of smart, hard-working people in China, but they typically don't have enough SEM experience, and they are still learning how to interact professionally with multi-national clients.
That's where you come in! We are looking for a few people who can work with us full-time in Beijing, for at least one year, to help build a world-class SEM account management team. You will have direct client responsibility, and will also help hire, train and motivate a great team. Along the way, you'll have an amazing experience �?? a front-line, in-the-trenches view of China's booming internet.
To fit, you need to have at least 5 years' experience directly related to SEM, ideally in a client service role. You also need to have managed a team of at least 5 people. You need to be a great teacher and communicator, and love working on teams. In a perfect world, you should also speak Mandarin Chinese, but that's not necessary.
For the right person, we will provide a competitive salary, full health care benefits, round trip airfare, a work visa, and help settling in. Preference will be given to candidates who are already in China, but we are willing to relocate. All nationalities are welcome.
