Associate Marketing Manager, Fragrance - Global Our client, in business for 100 years, is a global beauty products company with an extensive portfolio of prestige and lifestyle beauty brands sold in over 90 countries. Products in the portfolio include fragrance, skin care and cosmetics brands. They are currently seeking an Associate Global Marketing Manager, Fragrance for one of the company's key fragrance lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the development and execution of marketing plans
Organizing worldwide communication of brand strategies and marketing initiatives
Maintaining field contact for sell-thru information, product feedback, etc.
Tracking and reporting industry trends and competitive product positioning
Analyzing new product launch results and business impact
Analyzing costs of finished goods, samples and collateral
Coordinating consumer product research
Interfacing with vendors on new product and package development, printing and production
Working with creative to implement marketing direction on launch displays, and various collateral
Managing Brand's visibility in promotional and in-store merchandising displays
Following through with execution of all details of marketing programs
Managing promotional calendar and programs Requirements:
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years experience in marketing and/or product development in the beauty or personal care industry
Previous CPG experience highly desired
Experience in developing brands and taking them through market launch
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Good understanding of P&L fundamentals
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
NPD PowerView experience required; Euromonitor and IRI a plus
Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills a must Salary $68K - $75K plus bonus, great benefits and corporate culture.
