Web Content Producer
3 Month Contract
$37.31 an hour


Hire Details:

·Prefer someone who has experience using a content management system such as Interwoven TeamSite

·Graphics skills are also a plus

·The candidate will need to be able to quickly adapt to change and be able to work under tight deadlines

·This position will need to do a lot of interfacing with external groups to Converged Services/Web Strategy.

Job Description:

·Plans, develops, writes and executes content for the organization's web sites

·Supports customer and revenue growth in both the residential and business segments

·Ensures company web site is guaranteeing the best user experience for consumers

·Develops, writes and maintains web site content to support the brand image, marketing strategies and online sales

·Reviews elements of web site design from a usability perspective to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives, including ecommerce & web advertising

·Establishes the organization's web site standards, techniques & methods

·Analyzes web site technology trends, statistical reports and customer needs to identify new techniques and ensure optimal site design

·Designs a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces, and multimedia

·Requires familiarity with streaming media concepts and techniques, including digital video and audio compression standards

·Develops clear, consice content for the organization's web sites in support of company initiatives and in accordance with established editorial, tone and style guidelines

·Supports local markets to produce enticing sales and marketing materials for the web site

·Makes sure that graphic images, symbols and colors are acceptable with local cultural and language standards while adhering to the organization's stylistic guidelines

·Delivers excellent internal and external customer service to other functional groups, local systems and external partners

Typical Training / Experience:

·BS/BA in related discipline (English, marketing, journalism or communications degrees preferred)

·5+ years of experience in related field
