Position Description & Responsibilities:
A Testing Specialist creates test plans and scripts and may also perform system tests, integrate test management with automated testing tools to provide a structure for managing the entire test process, evaluate test results, and recommend improvements.


Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

Carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet customer standards and user requirements
Assist the development team in creating, implementing and maintaining test documents
Coordinate the creation of system test plans, test cases and test execution with the test team
Coordinate defect validation with test team and assist the development team in recreating defects
Create and maintain testing environments
Monitor product quality throughout the release life cycle
Develop and institute quality processes
Evaluate readiness of product for customer availability
Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Competencies:

Review and Approval of Test Deliverables from all Vendors including:
Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Execution/Results Summary, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing, Test Cases and Test Execution Summary, System Testing
Work with subsystem teams to ensure compliance of their testing to support the brand release as well scheduling for brand testing with the services
Provide guidance on Defect Management
Provide guidance on Test Execution

UAT
Performance
Assist in creation/review of final Project Documentation
Attend Project meetings
Conduct daily �??health checks�? for each brand site/social media
Provide reporting to Management on Quality Initiatives
