This is an In-House Role in Austin, TX that reports directly to the SR. Director of Search Marketing.

Now on to what we are looking for in you:
Job Responsibilities:
�?� Perform keyword research in order to further expand both our PPC and SEO initiatives.
�?� Continuously review and manage all aspects of existing campaigns �?? measuring marginal revenue against marginal for both aspects of SEM.
�?� Serve as the pay per click expert across all continents (we are global), driving strategy and best practices with our local market SEM Managers
�?� Create, Test, Measure and Iterate PPC Landing Pages on a weekly basis.
�?� Prepare reporting and profitability of our PPC efforts on a bi-weekly basis
�?� Analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tools into actionable PPC (Roadmap)
�?� Responsible for driving strategy for content creation and deployment
�?� Research and develop PPC best practices to identify new market opportunities and maximize program profits with improved paid campaign performance
�?� Manage external search engine optimization efforts, including link-building (within Google Webmaster Guidelines) and affiliate outreach
�?� Assist in brand management efforts as needed
Job Requirements:
�?� Minimum of 3 Years' Experience managing both PPC & SEO for websites of various sizes (atleast one that receives 100k unique visitors per month)
�?� Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
�?� Knowledge and experience with the creation, management, and optimization of large-scale PPC campaigns via Adwords and Adcenter
�?� Experience with or knowledge of bid optimization software tools
�?� Understanding and ability to perform Keyword Research for both PPC & SEO purposes
�?� Track record of successfully building links within Google's Webmaster Guidelines (or a reformed Black Hatter)
�?� Knowledge/skills in HTML and CSS (adjustments not creation).
�?� Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
�?� Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
�?� Excellent written and verbal communication skills to evangelize Traffic/Search Strategy projects and work with cross functional staffs to ensure implementation
�?� Ability to work individually and in a team environment
�?� Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
