Under the guidance of the Director of Global Internet Marketing, the Email Marketing Manager works closely with Marketing Managers across multiple business units to define goals for email campaigns and execute email marketing communications at ADP Dealer Services. This position requires a marketer with experience in building, customizing, deploying, and optimizing complex email campaigns. The qualified candidate possesses a well-rounded understanding of marketing operations for email and internet marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Director of Global Internet Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include: · Partner with different Marketing Managers and web marketing team to ensure successful deployment of email marketing campaigns· Responsible for ISP deliverability testing, multi-variant and A/B test scenarios, and campaign deployment in the SubscriberMail platform· Measure and report on email marketing campaign results, compare against initial benchmarks and provide recommendations to strengthen key metrics· Act as subject matter expert surrounding email marketing best practices; provide subject matter expertise of email marketing operations including latest information regarding online legislation including global CANSPAM and online privacy· Partner with internal clients in advance so key performance indicators are agreed upon and measurable thereby ensuring campaigns are correctly launched, delivered on-time, accurately tracked and reported · Create Test, analyze, and deploy email campaigns and refine strategies based upon market changes, test results and findings
Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
· Prior email campaign management experience as well as experience with email service providers· Well-rounded strategist in email marketing with current knowledge of industry best practices including CAN-SPAM compliance, contact strategies, design, A/B testing, delivery and deliverability issues, segmentation, and analytics/performance management· Experience programming HTML specific for email campaigns · Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work under firm deadlines and within a rapidly changing environment· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects· Must possess a solid understanding of direct marketing, analysis and reporting. General understanding of online advertising metrics, trafficking and reporting is preferred.· Experience with Internet marketing tools, such as: Google Analytics, Sitecore and others is preferred.· Knowledge of Social Media platforms and how to use them in an integrated marketing environment Benefits to a Career at ADP:
