My client leading Health Care is looking for web producer on one year contract.

Under the supervision of the manager of online communications, the web producer is responsible for developing requirements for managing and producing web- and multimedia-based projects from initiation to completion. The web producer creates timelines and project plans and ensures that all participants meet targets, stay on time, and remain within the budget. The position also provides support to vendors to ensure compliance with CHCF's approach to development, design, and content, such that all projects adhere to coding style guidelines and global web development business rules and documentation.

The web producer is responsible for development of mobile usage and social media reports and processing of other analytics, such as browser and platform compatibility of CHCF websites. The position also maintains bug reports and coordinates with internal and external resources to resolve them. This role is the primary point of contact in QA activities, and resolves customer support technical issues.

Primary Responsibilities

· Conceptualize and brainstorm solutions to web development issues

· Develop project overviews and proposals

· Develop and maintain web project timelines and work plans

· Manage internal and external development resources

· Document website and applications

· Create UI, IA, and site map diagrams and other requirements documentation

· Provide art direction of graphic design resources

· Manage and schedule code deployments

· Produce audio and video web-based presentations

· Manage social media accounts, such as Twitter and Facebook

· Document and help develop web style guidelines

· Research and manage external vendor relationships

· Maintain website and manage enhancement

· Perform and oversee QA on all web projects

· Provide staff support, education, and training for internal web-based tools

· Provide support to external customers for websites and applications

· Develop workflow processes and ensure compliance

· Work well in a fast-paced team environment

Qualifications


· Two or more years of formal web project management experience

· Solid understanding of how websites work and experience conceptualizing website designs

· Extensive experience managing web design and development, multimedia production, and content resources, along with knowledge of Lyris, .Net, HTML, and Microsoft Project, Access, Excel, Outlook, and Visio

· Experience using a major content management system, such as SiteCore, Red Dot, or Interwoven

· Excellent understanding of audio and video conversion tools

· Skill with social media sites

· Basic understanding of web navigation, content presentation, and file structures

· Familiarity with major web browsers and email clients, with a focus on web and HTML design compatibility

· Good writing skills for the web

· Basic knowledge of creating and producing web-based audio and video

· Basic knowledge of creating and optimizing web graphics

· Basic knowledge of search engine optimization

· Basic online marketing experience

· Experience with a customer relations management system

· Experience facilitating the group process necessary to build and maintain websites

· Comfortable working cross-platform (Mac and PC)
