Our Producers are vital to the success of each and every project at Raidious. In this management position, you would be responsible for helping to manage the client relationship. This would include overseeing and delivering projects that meet the budget and scope expectations of the client. You would also ensure that everyone on the Raidious team is working together to complete the client's projects. To do all of this, you would completely understand the client, their industry and their strategic plan. You'd work out of our downtown Indianapolis office.
And just who are we looking for?
�?� You have a Bachelor's degree and you've worked at least 3 years post-college
�?� You know and understand the current interactive marketing trends
�?� You know how to partner with clients to keep them coming back for more
�?� You know how to lead and guide a project to make things happen
�?� You have thick enough skin to take the bumps and push back when necessary
�?� You can work a flexible schedule and juggle multiple balls at the same time
�?� You don't need a lot of supervision
