ShoeDazzle is looking for a sharp, driven, competitive marketer with a passion for analytics and either online or traditional media marketing. The role will be working closely with the Director of Acquisition Marketing as well as the Chief Marketing Officer.

More Specifically�?�

�?� Identify opportunities and negotiating with sites/networks to model profitability of campaigns.

�?� Negotiate, develop, monitor, and manage delivery of campaigns.

�?� Manage existing and new relationships

�?� Regularly forecast and deliver financial plan commitments including revenue goals and expenses

�?� Perform ongoing optimization to refine various acquisition programs

�?� Track, monitor and report on marketing KPI's to improve customer conversion rate and lifetime value

�?� Work closely with technology teams to set up tracking codes and ensure data and reporting accuracy of campaigns

�?� Stay on top of marketing trends and develop innovative ways to acquire customers through various channels

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

�?� 5+ years of proven online performance-based, media planning and buying experience (CPM/CPC/CPA)

�?� Strong negotiation skills

�?� Industry contacts

�?� Exceptional problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to hypothesize and analyze root causes and then make data-driven recommendations regarding solutions and opportunities

�?� Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills

�?� Desire/ability to work in a fast growth, dynamic, start-up business environment

�?� Track record of achieving campaign objectives by the deadline

�?� Thorough understanding of A/B and multivariate testing techniques and measurements.

�?� Extremely proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; Omniture a plus

�?� Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
