Requirements:
At least a year of sales experience in a technology-related environment
A frequent user of social media �?? including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
An understanding of the purpose and benefits of social media for business
Ability to network and generate leads
Highly motivated: a self-starter who possess a positive attitude and a desire to be part of a performance-driven environment
Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
Track record of cold calling and opening new accounts
Skills Needed:
Self-discipline, self-motivation and a positive attitude
Confidence to call Senior Executives and Marketing Directors
Ability to generate leads, and build out from existing leads / market segments
Ability to strategize; gauge each customer's needs and wants
Ability to schedule meetings (and be on time / punctual) with potential customers; follow-up frequently to ensure customer needs are met and all questions are answered
Ability to clearly communicate customer needs
Proficient with email, Microsoft Office
Ability to learn Salesforce.com for managing contacts (easy to learn; but a bonus if you know it already)
Pay:
Pay includes a commission component, and earning potential is not capped. We offer training to help your sales approach and to create inroads with potential customers.
