Job Summary:
Tocquigny is seeking an experienced Search Optimization Associate who has a depth of knowledge of search to help a wide variety of companies improve visibility and convert prospects. Must have experience with organic search to support the rapidly growing search business at Tocquigny. The idea candidate will have SEO experience and an overall passion for marketing, technology, and analytics.

With the support of other talented and diverse digital advertising specialists, this individual will implement leading-edge marketing solutions by working closely with all departments across the agency.
Principal Responsibilities:
�?� Support Search Managers in all aspects of organic search for agency clients
�?� Conduct keyword and competitive research to target popular and converting keywords
�?� Utilize systems and reporting to analyze results and optimize search campaigns
�?� Brainstorm content strategies to increase organic search engine traffic
�?� Work with developers to modify website code
�?� Work with writers to develop keyword-rich web content
�?� Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase organic search results
�?� Develop presentations, POVs, and articles about natural search
�?� Continually monitor trends, influencers, and algorithms to stay current on SEM strategies
Qualifications:
�?� BA/BS in Marketing, IT, MIS, or related field
�?� Minimum 1�??2 years of experience in organic search
�?� Experience with keyword research tools and Google Analytics
�?� Proficiency using link building and other creative techniques to influence organic results
�?� Experience leveraging social media channels to influence organic results
�?� Ability to create exceptional PowerPoint presentations, and proficiency in Excel
�?� Tactical, detail oriented, strong mathematical skills, and conceptual thinker
�?� Solid written and verbal communication skills
�?� Attention to detail and a good head for analytics
�?� Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and make decisions in a dynamic environment
�?� Passion for search engine marketing as a long-term career
