Field Marketing Mother and Child Care
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop assigned product and market expertise (see above). Communicate regularly to relevant audiences (e.g. field and factory).
- Serve as product(s) market strategist and solutions expert for large dollar volume deals.
- Develop marketing and sales programs to grow OB TraceVue and Fetal Monitoring, and associated market share.
- Design and execute sales development and strategic training programs.
- Work with the field organizations, Product Marketing, Marcom, and customers to identify and expand business opportunities.
- Develop and implement creative marketing programs with cross-divisional and functional teams to maximize sales offering.
- Manage business opportunities, revenues and expenses of business for regional markets with Business Analyst.
- Develop/drive sales and strategic business opportunities and solutions to win profitable deals, increase market share and customer satisfaction in business area.
- Manage discount envelope within assigned sales regions.
- Manage customer visits, seminars, and symposia.
- Design and execute sales development and training programs/tools to expand field product/process knowledge (e.g. Winning with PMD, Marketing Minutes, product fair, and product launches).
- Provide direct sales support to assist assigned sales regions in achieving financial targets.
- Provide customer and market input to OB TraceVue and Avalon product marketing and product development teams.
- Support tradeshow activities as Business Line Lead.
- Assist with writing Request for Proposals..
Your Profile:
5-7 Years of Marketing experience
Knowledge of basic marketing tools (segmentation, positioning, etc.)
Ability to be customer facing, focused on solutions not technology
