Directs, plans, and administers Social Media programs in the marketing department; Leads the Social Media Committee; Responsible for creating Social Media Policy and procedures with aid of the Steering Committee; Selects tools for implementing social media campaigns, listening, monitoring, and analytics; Determines what to listen for, KPIs to measure, etc.; Analyzes and reports measurements and key findings to the Steering Committee; Designs and develops effective Social Media campaigns, which are validated with the Steering Committee before implementation; Educates the rest of the organization about Social Media, policies and procedures; Determines the right mix of resources required to implement and run a campaign; Obtains the right resources internally or from a third party to execute initiative; Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job; Perform other duties as assigned.

Masters degree preferred; Minimum of three (3) years of Social Media strategy and development; Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Savvy; Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn; Strong leadership skills; Critical, strategic thinking and analysis; Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; Organizational and time management skills; Ability to work in a fast paced environment; Ability to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation; Strong follow-up and attention to detail; Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and cope with pressure; Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality; Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals within and outside the company; Strong native use of Social Media.
