Reports to: Director of marketing
Job Description:
The right person will have a rare combination of web reporting/analytics expertise, keen business and marketing acumen, and deep intellectual curiosity.
This role places you on a small, entrepreneurial team managing an $80 million dollar apparel business where close to $50 million is being done on the web. Most of the business is driven by our very successful catalog operation (conversion rates are in the double digits). The person in this position can make a huge impact and accelerate quickly from a career standpoint.

Job Responsibilities
This person has two primary responsibilities.
1) Day-to-day leadership in developing insights that drive traffic and conversion
2) Driving the initiatives that capitalize on these insights
Requirements
�?� BS /BA in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent
�?� Minimum 5-7 years' experience in web analytics and interactive marketing, with an emphasis on applied web metrics and analysis, in an environment that includes statistical, financial, marketing, and quantitative methodologies
�?� 3-5 years of working knowledge and past experience in website analytics, SEM, SEO and email campaign management that includes statistical and quantitative methodologies
�?� Proven ability to partner across boundaries and teams to develop new skills/capabilities
�?� Must be able to think strategically and within business context and not just a tactical executor
�?� Proven ability to regularly interact and communicate with senior-level management
�?� Experience in direct marketing with emphasis on digital channels a plus.
