Job Description
mcgarrybowen is currently seeking candidates for the position of Executive Digital Producer. The Executive Producer is responsible for the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns as well as the supervision, mentoring and training of producers. The Executive Interactive Producer is responsible for the day-to-day management of large-scale projects including: project discovery, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance. This position reports to the Director of Digital Production.

Responsibilities include:

�?? High Level management of projects including, but not limited to complex websites, social media executions, campaign minisites, online video production, e-mail campaigns, and comprehensive online media campaigns
�?? Partner with Group/Managing Account Director to plan and execute digital efforts at the client and project level
�?? Effectively lead, manage and mentor Associate, Mid, and Senior Producers to ensure the following:
�?? Appropriate management of creative and technical resources and utilization levels of all resources for assigned client
�?? Projects are accurately estimated and managed appropriately
�?? SOWs are thoughtfully and thoroughly written and change orders are executed as needed
�?? Detailed project plans and authored and maintained on a regular basis
�?? Budgets are closely managed to estimates
�?? Internal and external resources are producing high quality experiences on large and small scale projects
�?? Appropriate vendors are identified and appropriately managed
�?? Internal processes and best practices are adhered to for all projects
�?? Integrated teams are appropriately assigned when developing cross-platform projects
�?? Self-manage projects as needed
�?? Lead financial status meetings for all assigned client projects
�?? Define and manage processes as needed for client management and internal team management as it relates to assigned clients/projects
�?? Participate in the definition of Digital Production team standards and processes

Job Qualifications:

�?? 8+ years of experience in leading teams for the development of complex, interactive web sites, social media, and online media campaigns
�?? Self starter, very detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, quickly process information, and maintain confidential information
�?? Solid track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion
�?? Ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations
�?? Professional, outgoing, friendly, fearless
�?? Strong teamwork and communication skills
�?? Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required
�?? Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Project
�?? Prior agency experience is required
