What you'll be doing:
�?� Achieving quarterly team revenue goals as set forth by management
�?� Cultivating new and existing relationships within agencies and clients
�?� Supervising proper delivery of ad campaigns in accordance with AI's goals and objectives
�?� Setting up and execute systems to measure and promote success
�?� Developing new opportunities and accounts

What you'll also be responsible for:
�?� Consulting with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages when needed
�?� Providing feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs
�?� Developing junior sales talent within the organization and work well within a team-oriented environment

Your Must-Haves:
�?� BA/BS Degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
�?� Established relationships within the online advertising industry
�?� Strong understanding of the online advertising market
�?� 2-5 years of online sales experience
�?� Excellent track record in developing relationships with advertising agencies
�?� A solid background in selling performance marketing solutions
�?� Established relationships with agencies and clients and a proven track record of sales accomplishments
�?� Excellent customer service skills
�?� Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members
�?� Strong leadership traits and mentoring abilities
�?� Highly-developed written and verbal presentation skills
