Position Objectives:
To keep PETA on the cutting edge of online marketing with innovative uses of technology
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
�?� Implement and revise strategies for marketing efforts for PETA and PETA's youth program, peta2
�?� Create and continually update visionary multi-year online marketing plans
�?� Stay abreast of new technology and opportunities in social media and beyond and make recommendations for and oversee new efforts
�?� Analyze e-mail, Web, and some non-Web metrics for campaigns and recommend improvements
�?� Work with the PETA Foundation's Interactive Media and Audio/Visual departments to create viral online content
�?� Oversee large online initiatives, such as website revamps and upgrades
�?� Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
�?� College degree in a related field or equivalent experience
�?� Minimum of five years of online marketing experience
�?� Minimum of one year of management experience
�?� Thorough understanding of complex marketing concepts and strategies
�?� Proven excellent project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
�?� Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
�?� Familiarity with animal rights issues and PETA campaigns
�?� Professional appearance and adherence to a healthy vegan lifestyle
�?� Willingness and ability to travel
�?� Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid U.S. driver's license, a minimum of three years of driving experience, and a satisfactory driving record
�?� Support for PETA's philosophy and ability to professionally advocate PETA's positions on issues
�?� Commitment to the objectives of the organization
