About The Position:

This is a tremendously important position for Success Factors. This position is about developing relationships with customers and leveraging their stories through the media and sales channels. It requires excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. This role will also manage and support user groups.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in engaging customers - for references or events
- Good project management skills and the ability to motivate people to work towards your goals.
- Having a track record of creatively and proactively leveraging customer stories.
- Technical skills that include the ability to host webcasts, podcasts, videos �?? to communicate information out to customers.
- Experience with social media tools, best practices and how other organizations use these to leverage customer to customer communication
- Ability to identify and engage advocates. For example, to find potential spokes people within the customer base.

Qualifications:

- Excellent Relationship building skills
- Proven project management and oganizational skills.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Personal Motivation to engage customers and help solve problems.
- Logical thinker and quick learner.
- Experience in the human capital management software domain
- BA and 5 years industry experience
