ShoeDazzle is looking for a Direct Response Marketing Manager to manage multiple communication channels and direct marketing campaigns that facilitate lead conversion, cross sell and retention. The successful candidate must be able to organize complex, multi-channel programs while working to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency and execution. As part of the Retention Marketing team, you will work in both individual and team environments and interact with Customer Segment Strategists, Merchandising, Creative, Product, Analytics, and IT.

Previous experience with multi-channel digital marketing programs, HTML and email vendor management strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess very strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects flawlessly.

Specifically, The Successful Candidate Must�?�

�?� Collaborate with Customer Segment Strategists and cross functional teams to set strategy and objectives for converting and retaining ShoeDazzle customers via multiple channels, with a primary focus on email.

�?� Demonstrate end to end ownership by coordinating all phases of campaign production and execution, including conception, documentation, customer file segmentation and extracts, campaign Q/A and product specifications, campaign deployment, tracking, reporting, campaign analysis and recommended next steps.

�?� Manage marketing campaigns and email vendor relationships, customer contact plans, channel learning agendas, DOEs and measurement plans, creative development, data analysis and recommendations, creation of campaign tracking codes, metrics and segment performance.

�?� Develop and implement channel optimization and improvement strategies that provide material lift over business as usual tactics.

�?� Collaborate with various marketing functions and other groups to help build and execute best-in-class multi-channel marketing programs.

�?� Maintain productive working relationships with all support functions, particularly Marketing / Merchandising, Creative / Product , Analytics, and IT.

Required Skills:

�?� Maniacal attention to detail, with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workflows.

�?� Previous experience executing
email campaigns required; Understanding of email vendor solutions such as Blue Hornet, Cheetah Mail, Responsys or SilverPop helpful.

�?� Ability to apply HTML basics and strong skills in MS Office, including Excel & Word.

�?� Proficiency in Dreamweaver and Photoshop a plus.

�?� Energy / capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

�?� Intellectual curiosity and unlimited desire to improve results.

�?� The ability to successfully articulate a strong point of view, while supporting compromise.

�?� Comfort in synthesizing, analyzing and understanding data, with proclivity for providing information based insights and recommendations.

�?� Excellent listening skills and ability to have positive interactions with co-workers. Should be comfortable interacting with diverse groups. Must be an advocate for direct response channels.

�?� Ability to work collaboratively in a high energy, unstructured environment.

Qualifications

�?� Schooled in the fundamentals of direct response marketing, including targeting and lead selection, test design, measurement and execution, channel optimization and break-through creative development.

�?� Proven track record in developing and executing single channel email marketing campaigns, as well as integrated multi-channel marketing programs.

�?� 3 to 5 years prior direct marketing, email marketing.

�?� Product Marketing experience a plus.

�?� Direct Mail or Call Center experience a plus.

�?� Bachelors Degree.
