As a member of the online marketing team for this �??marketing driven�? company, this detail-oriented direct marketing enthusiast will be specifically responsible for the bottom-line success of our online display advertising campaigns. A successful candidate will maintain ownership over management and optimization of online advertising campaigns and creative development. Partnering with the Media Buying and Creative teams, this individual will manage relationships with online publishers and major portals.
Responsibilities:
�?� Drive revenue growth through ongoing a/b creative testing across all Experian Interactive Media products
�?� Conduct daily in-depth analysis of display ad campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on learnings
�?� Drive creative development based on direct marketing metrics, interfacing with Creative and Product teams
�?� Contribute directly to vertical marketing strategy; lead marketing initiatives for assigned vertical
�?� Collaborate closely with Media Buying counterparts to maximize campaign profitability and evaluate new opportunities
�?� Plan and implement various targeting and testing strategies, yielding optimal ROI
�?� Review key metrics and present findings to management on a regular basis
�?� Directly contribute to and have a thorough understanding of the company's goals and metrics (revenue, cost, profit, margin) through management and optimization of display campaigns
Requirements:
�?� Extensive analytical skills as well as the potential and desire to succeed
�?� 3+ years Online Marketing experience
�?� Solid understanding of lead generation business model
�?� Strong history of performance in online marketing and direct response marketing
�?� Understanding of website and online advertising metrics, including a track record of success (revenue contribution) in a quantifiable business environment
Skills:
�?� Marketing Analytics: Analyzing marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing test methodologies, and analyzing test results in quantitative analysis, online marketing, and/or direct marketing
�?� Direct Response Marketing: Solid foundation with direct marketing operations, systems, technologies within direct mail, internet, direct response radio or direct response television media
�?� Website Traffic Management: Managing online media traffic, ad campaign, ad partnerships, traffic reporting, campaign analysis, and maintaining comparisons against industry-wide trend analysis
