Your sole responsibility is to lead our marketing team to turn Taap.it into a global brand and a worldwide phenomenon. Candidates must have a proven track record, enjoy working in fast-paced start-up environment, and again - experienced, experienced, and experienced.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing at start-up companies
At least 2 years of social media marketing
Experienced with both online and offline marketing
Experienced in B2C and B2B marketing
Well connected with local media
Strong leadership and management skills
Self motivated, problem solver, multitasking on multiple projects
Proven track record of exceeding goals
Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies to increase the number of Taap.it users
Manage the marketing team including organizing the team, providing training to new team members, recruiting new members, or any other specific tasks that are needed in order to increase team success
Represent our company to work with press and media
Grow and manage our social community such as Twitter, Facebook, and Google+.
Attend local events to promote our app to local communities
