The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of the Marketing, Student Recruiting and Admissions functions for the pathways programs delivered by Navitas at UMass Dartmouth.
Essential
�?� Legal right to work in USA.
�?� Degree level in relevant marketing or education discipline together with marketing experience.
�?� A good understanding of the USA College sector.
�?� Knowledge of University admissions policies and procedures pertaining to administration and admission of both undergraduate and postgraduate students, both local and international.
�?� Highly developed interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
�?� Proven ability to initiate and implement marketing strategies which have significantly contributed to business growth.
�?� Experience in a multicultural environment.
�?� Knowledge of equal opportunity, equity and workplace health and safety principles and ability to implement them at an operational level.
�?� Experience in budget management.
�?� Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
�?� High degree of computer literacy.
�?� Valid passport and ability to travel internationally and locally.
�?� Willingness to participate in a police background check
