We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual who will thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. The Director of Online Marketing - Acquisition will be a key member of the Leadership Team and report directly to the CMO. The qualified candidate will be responsible for driving growth in traffic and revenue through effective, innovative and results-focused online marketing campaigns.
This position will drive acquisition strategy, planning, execution, conversion and measurement across multiple channels, including search (paid and organic), online media, direct response and more.
Responsibilities:
�?�Drive new customer acquisition through multiple online and mobile marketing channels (highly CPM-based).
�?�Continued optimization and targeting of campaigns, creative and landing pages.
�?�Analyze campaign and channel performance to determine best allocation to drive revenue and profit.
�?�Generate and maintain dynamic working relationships with external vendors.
�?�Continually optimize program results; communicate analysis, findings and recommendations to management.
�?�Identify and test new online marketing, partners and channels.
�?�Collaborate with engineering and design teams, plan and evaluate funnel optimization programs that increase conversion of site visitors and registrants.
�?�Develop and manage a team of high-performance individuals
�?�Oversee all activities to budget and efficiency goals.
Requirements:
�?�MBA is preferred.
�?�12+ years of proven consumer marketing experience;
8+ years of online marketing acquisition experience (including development, deployment, and measurement of direct response online marketing campaigns)
�?�Strong understanding of direct marketing, segmentation, testing and analysis tools and techniques.
�?�Familiarity with Multivariate Landing Page Optimization
�?�Experience with mobile advertising a plus.
�?�Innovative thinker, willing to test and experiment with the latest online customer acquisition techniques to achieve optimal conversion.
�?�Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication skills
�?�Entrepreneurial, proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on a growing and profitable business.
