The ideal candidate has a real nose for news, thrives under deadline pressure, and is creative, enthusiastic and solution oriented.
Qualities desired: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, journalism background with excellent web writing and proofreading skills and proficiency in AP style, and a solid grasp of basic computer skills. Must be self-directing, self-motivating and able to work well with a diverse group of people. Photo editing and WorldNow Producer content management system experience helpful. Background in print a big plus.
