The Marketing Manager will help develop and execute online marketing initiatives with the goal of acquiring the maximum number of registrants at the allowable acquisition cost. They will be responsible for developing new and innovative marketing campaigns, guiding marketing creative, coordinating testing in a systematic fashion, and evaluating whether they were successful.

Responsibilities:

�?� Work with marketing team (including copy-writer and designer) to conceptualize, test and implement new marketing campaigns. Must provide high level creative direction, and have ability to introduce and evaluate new creative concepts.
�?� Work with internal media buyers to determine allowable acquisition costs and optimize spend
�?� Develop detailed analysis of current programs and provide weekly performance reports with optimization recommendations
�?� Test and optimize new opportunities
�?� Build strong relationships with current and new professional organizations
�?� Generate monthly reporting on product performance by brand
�?� Identify and establish business development opportunities with third parties to either promote their products to our database or market our to their database
�?� Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and competitive landscape
Job Requirements :

�?� Minimum of 4 years experience in online media with strong understanding of direct marketing strategies
�?� Experience with mobile channel is a plus
�?� Ability to think creatively with an eye for achieving business metrics
�?� Capable of apply learning from one campaign across portfolio of products
�?� Strong analytical, deductive and problem solving skills with high attention to detail �?? proficiency in Excel
�?� Must have some digital experience
