Trailer Park is looking for an on-site 2D/3D Designer/Animator. Experience in film finishing is a bonus, though a willingness to learn would be considered. This role encompasses design and animation for promos and trailers as well as various projects for film, television, commercials and branding. The applicant must be able to design in 2D and 3D, animate, composite, match-move, do occasional roto-scoping, and prepare files for finish (SD, HD, 2k).
This is a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. We're looking for someone who notices every detail, has a passion for typography and who can demonstrate consistency and accuracy in their workflow, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Skills:
- Ability to work on any number of film and TV projects, from concept through to completion (including type and logo designs, style frames, and animation).
- Expert knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proficiency in either Maya or Cinema 4D with moderate experience in the other.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in broadcast design, preferably within Theatrical and Entertainment advertising.
