Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for total ownership of
the assigned brands, including: managing existing core business, executing
product launches/promotional marketing programs and providing a strategic
vision for the growth and future of the brand.

Additional responsibilities include interaction and collaboration with
multiple groups including: Operations, Creative, R&D, Sales, and Education.

Primary Job Functions:

. Develop in conjunction with multiple sales channels a bi-annual
brand strategy:
o identify gaps/business opportunities
o propose non-traditional business and brand awareness building ideas
o lead and oversee new product launches
. Oversee from concept to launch new product concepts
. Prepare monthly/quarterly brand performance analysis, competitive
information and post-launch analysis
. Supply information to all sales channels, PR and Education to ensure
a consistent global message is created and adapted for various end needs.
. Provide superior customer service both internally and externally by
providing any tools and resources needed
. Guide the growth and development of Assistant Marketing
Manager/Marketing Coordinator

. 5 to 8 years marketing experience in Skincare or Cosmetics industry:
Direct to Consumer experience is a plus

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
