Provide subject matter expertise to DoD clients on their adoption and integration of general Web communication and management techniques to support online messaging initiatives. Support the implementation of social media and Web 2.0 technologies, including familiarity with information architectures, usability testing, Web project management, Web metrics analysis, and content management solutions. Develop a baseline analysis for the agency's current use of social media and their presence in the social media domain and devise an assessment strategy, including trend analysis and metric reporting. Work with the DoD client and develop a strategic presence on the Internet and Extranet to increase communications effectively to all interested Web and media audiences. Provide clients with meaningful assessments and reports that measure the effectiveness of its Web presence and keep up to date with new and emerging technologies. This position is located at client site in Falls Church, VA until spring 2011 and then transition to Ft Meade, MD.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with Information Technology
-2+ years of experience with social media tools, including Facebook, Twitter, and Wikis
-2+ years of experience with Web 2.0 and social community structure
-2+ years of experience in IT consulting
-1+ years of experience in analyzing the process of managing the social media changes ensuring that they are equally balanced with the application of technology
-Knowledge of project life-cycle, including gathering and analyzing customer requirements, designing user interfaces, and creating processes, documentation, testing, and publishing
-Secret clearance

Additional Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with marketing and brand management
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree
