Job Title: Product Marketing Manager 2011-43
This position is responsible for outbound marketing activities for advanced SoC probe card products. Our candidate will craft messaging and positioning for products, and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits will be crucial. In this role, a Product Marketing Manager is also responsible for Product Requirement Document, and drive new product feature development in partnership with engineering development team. This position is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
�?� Develop product requirement(s), product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
�?� Sales enablement �?? communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools including customer presentations, videos, Pod Casts, and sales training materials
�?� Product launch �?? plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
�?� Market intelligence �?? competitive analysis, market share analysis
�?� Demand generation �?? develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand with sales team
Qualifications and Requirements:
�?� 8+ years of semiconductor equipment product marketing experience or SoC semiconductor chip marketing experience
�?� BA or MS in technical discipline, MBA is a plus
�?� Wafer test experience is a plus
�?� Very strong communication skills
�?� Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
