The ideal candidate must have 6+ years relevant PR/SI agency experience and proven success working with brands across multiple social media platforms as well as national traditional media (print and broadcast) on behalf of high-profile, consumer-focused brands.
Social media experience should include launching a Facebook, YouTube and Twitter programs for brands, developing and executing content strategies and building a relevant digital ecosystem/social community. Other skills such as blogging and video content production are a plus. It will be critical that he/she be able to multi-task while managing multiple projects. Looking for a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, while at the same time is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Candidate should be a team player, but comfortable working independently. Strong writing skills across multiple platforms are a must.
Daily activities will include working closely with clients, driving campaign strategy and development, overseeing and participating in project execution, creating compelling content for online influencers, pitching media and managing fellow team members.
Requirements:
Four-year degree is required.
6+ years PR/SI experience preferred in an agency setting.
